THE FOUNDER:
JOLYN WALTER
I am Jolyn Walter, real estate agent and founder of the Real Estate Boutique. I discovered my passion for real estate when I was just 14 years old and completed internships at renowned companies in Hanover, my hometown. My path led me to Berlin, where I successfully completed my training as a real estate agent at Engel & Völkers.
After completing my training, I continued to work there as a real estate consultant. In this role, I worked in various areas, including residential and commercial leasing, until I finally took over the management of the leasing department in Berlin and led a team of ten employees. At the same time, I was involved in business consulting and executive coaching in my family business.
The heart of my work? Direct contact with owners and prospective buyers. I value the exchange with interesting personalities from different areas and I really enjoy supporting people in the rental process. My enthusiasm for architecture and interior design also flows into my work.

At Real Estate Boutique, we offer landlords a comprehensive service aimed at renting out a property efficiently and successfully. We start with an initial, individual consultation to understand the goals and requirements. We then create a tailor-made rental strategy and determine the best possible rental price for the property. Our services include the creation of high-quality photos and exposés, publication on real estate portals and conducting viewings. We check application documents and the creditworthiness of prospective tenants, support contract negotiations and coordination of the handover of the apartment. We are also happy to assist you with renovation and new construction projects, from the floor plan design to the search for suitable service providers such as kitchen studios or interior design - we are your reliable partner for successful rental.
